We are currently looking for a People & Culture Administrator on a full-time basis to assist with our existing and expanding HR operations.
About the role:
- Champion the day-to-day HR Administration of the business including
- Recruitment
- Inductions
- Health & Safety
- Training and Development
- Update and maintain our HR Information Systems
- Assisting with new People & Culture Initiatives
About you:
- A team player, able to build excellent internal relationships
- People-focused
- Motivated with a roll-your-sleeves-up, can-do attitude
- Highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role (preferred)
