Long-term Goal	I am the manager and the team leader of the staff at Striks nursery. This I guess you could say is a long-term goal from working in the industry since I was 15.
How did you learn about the industry?	I have been in the industry since the age of 15. I worked in several nurseries in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, and New Zealand. Now I am at Striks and have been for the last 12 years.
