Role: Team Leader

Location: Petone, Wellington

Just Plants is a friendly indoor plant hire firm based in Petone.

We require a self-motivated, reliable team player to manage our team of 8. This includes the Service Team of plant technicians that care for plants on our Petone sites on our client sites, the Installs Team that install and remove plants and the Nursery team.

You will work closely with the General Manager who focuses on sales and clients.

You will undertake the occasional plant run, plant installation and removal. You will undertake plant service checks and audits on our sites and client sites.

Experience managing a small team along with a plant qualification or background is preferred.

A full/clean drivers licence and can drive automatic cars, vans and a small truck (truck license not required), great communication skills, are physically fit and strong (a lot of walking and regular lifting) and love plants. A Growsafe qualification is preferred or can be obtained post employment.

We offer an attractive salary, six monthly bonus and company vehicle.
