Kings Plant Barn is proud to be Auckland's leading garden centre group, with eight branches (and growing) in convenient locations, all with a focus on providing the best quality plants, along with friendly and knowledgeable advice.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic person to join our busy team at our Glenbrook Nursery. You will be responsible for plant maintenance (including potting up, weeding & watering), and budding the citrus crop over summer (full training will be provided). You will also be required to undertake the occasional weed spray and knapsack applications.
You will demonstrate:
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to working in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent and clear English communication skills
- Interest in plants and a willingness to learn
- Good level of physical fitness
A competitive remuneration package, uniform, training and staff buying privileges will be offered to the successful applicant. Monday to Friday position.
