Calling all plant loving leaders, the Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory at Waimea Group in Hastings is after a talented team leader to support the Laboratory Manager.

- Are you well organised, meticulous, and skilled at coaching people to achieve their best?
If this sounds like you, the team at Waimea Plant Laboratories want to hear from you. This is a newly established role is critical in supporting the Laboratory Manager and the team. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding team members in line with our best practice guides and standard operation procedures to ensure consistency of product. Working closely with the Laboratory Manager you will help lead a small team in all areas of production, including the setup of trials and the design of production systems. Having worked in a similar environment you will have sound technical knowledge but will also be able motivate the team to achieve great results.
