How I got into the industry?	I grew up on a dairy farm and managed an avocado orchard, gaining practical exposure that led me to pursue a career in horticulture.
Notable Achievements	Finalist, Young Plant Producer of the Year 2023 Developed new techniques using GOVOR robots at Ardmore Nurseries, applying my environmental management background to innovate in the horticulture industry.
