How I got into the industry?	Growing up on a dairy farm and managing an avocado orchard gave me practical exposure to agriculture and horticulture, which led me to pursue my passion for the industry.
Notable Achievements	Finalist, Young Plant Producer of the Year 2023 Pioneered the use of GOVOR robots at Ardmore Nurseries, integrating automation into plant care processes Managed a 6,500-plant avocado orchard, developing systems for monitoring plant health and managing a team Successfully organised Nest Fest, a sold-out event for 8,000 people, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
