How I got into the industry? |
Growing up on a dairy farm and managing an avocado orchard gave me practical exposure to agriculture and horticulture, which led me to pursue my passion for the industry. |

Pioneered the use of GOVOR robots at Ardmore Nurseries, integrating automation into plant care processes
Managed a 6,500-plant avocado orchard, developing systems for monitoring plant health and managing a team
